Listen to THE VOICE OF THE BEARS

Art Hains first came to Springfield as a 21-year-old broadcaster in 1977, and except for a four-year period, has been "The Voice of the Bears" ever since. Hains also hosts the daily "Sportstalk" radio show, currently on KBFL AM/FM, and has been the show's driving force since 1995. 

In 2008, Hains added the additional duties of game-day host for the Kansas City Chiefs Radio Network. He anchors pre- and postgame coverage on WDAF-FM 106.5 The Wolf in Kansas City, and the 90-station Chiefs Radio Network, which is the largest in the NFL.

Catch "Inside the Den" every Wednesday at 7 p.m., live from Big Shots Golf (1930 E. Kearney St., Springfield) as head coach Ryan Beard talks Bears Football with host Art Hains and Corey Riggs.
